1. Ticket Purchases
All tickets purchased for our cabaret events are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the circumstances outlined below.
2. Event Cancellation
If an event is cancelled by us, you will be entitled to:
- A full refund, or
- The option to transfer your ticket to a rescheduled date (if applicable)
Refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
3. Event Postponement / Rescheduling
If an event is postponed or rescheduled:
- Your ticket will remain valid for the new date
- If you are unable to attend the new date, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the announcement
4. Customer Cancellations
We understand that plans can change, however:
- Tickets are non-refundable if you can no longer attend
- In some cases, we may allow ticket transfers to another guest if requested at least 24 hours before the event
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
5. Late Arrivals & No-Shows
- No refunds will be given for late arrivals or no-shows
- Entry may be refused or delayed depending on the nature of the performance
6. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances (e.g. serious illness) may be considered at our discretion. Supporting documentation may be required.
Changes to Line-Up or Programme
Our shows may feature a variety of performers. While we aim to deliver the advertised experience:
- Line-ups and content are subject to change without prior notice
- Such changes do not qualify for a refund
8. Venue & Experience Conditions
We are not responsible for:
- Travel disruptions
- Personal circumstances
- Dissatisfaction based on subjective experience
